摘　　要：抑郁症是一种常见的精神疾病，其病因非常复杂，研究表明抑郁症的发生与遗传、生物化学、社会心理等多种因素有关。近年来，随着分子生物学的发展，通过分析抑郁症易感基因来研究抑郁症致病机制得到了研究人员越来越多的重视。本文针对近几年来有关抑郁症易感基因及其多态性在抑郁症发病机制中所起作用的研究现状和进展作一综述。Depression is a common mental disorder and its pathngenesis is complicated. It is commonly attributed to genetic, hiochemical, social and psychological factors. With the development in the molecular biology, it is more important to investigate the depression pathogenesis through analysis susceptible gene attract. This paper has reviewed the recent studies of susceptible gene and its polymorphism of depression.
