摘　　要：在对国内外已有研究进行述评的基础上,本文探究了质量管理实践对质量绩效、创新绩效和企业绩效的影响途径,分析了企业的行业类型、行业竞争程度等背景变量对上述影响关系的调节作用,并提出相应的理论假设。本文使用陕西省制造业和服务业企业的调研数据,验证了相关假设。研究结果表明,质量管理实践并不会直接改善企业绩效,而是通过质量绩效和创新绩效间接地正面影响企业绩效;同时,行业竞争程度的变化会影响质量绩效、创新绩效与企业绩效之间的关系。The influence relationship among quality management program, quality performance, innovation performance, and business performance was investigated. The moderating effects of industry and competition level on the influence relationship were examined. Hypotheses were raised based on the analysis. A questionnaire survey was conducted on 45 manufacturing and service enterprises in Shannxi province, and the hypotheses were tested. The result suggest that quality management program will not improve business performance directly, while it influences business performance mediated by quality performance and innovation performance. In addition, the trade competition level will affect the relationships among quality performance, innovation performance, and business performance.
