摘　　要：本文考察了由供应商和零售商组成的二级物流供应网络中网络效用和网络寿命的综合协调问题,给出了在资金预算严格约束的条件下二级物流供应网络的综合效益最大化的研究框架,提出了二级物流供应网络效用最大化问题和网络寿命最大化的基本模型,并在此基础上提出二级物流供应网络效用-寿命协调优化问题,并对一个基础的物流供应网络的网络效用-寿命问题进行了计算机算例仿真,还给出了优化分解的运算过程。The integrative coordination of the utility and the lifetime of the two - stage logistics supply network which consists of retailers and suppliers are discussed, a research framework for the maximization of the integrative performance of the two - stage logistics supply network in the conditions of the rigid budget is provided, two models are proposed： one for the maximization of the two - stage logistics supply network utility, the other for the maximization of the network lifetime. Furthermore, an optimal coordination problem of the network utility - lifetime in the two - stage logistics supply network is discussed and proved through the computer simulation. At last, an optimal algorithm for this coordination problem is raised.
