摘 要:目的:调查肿瘤患者医院内感染特点、常见病原菌和耐药情况。为临床医师合理使用抗菌药提供参考信息。方法:回顾性分析423例肿瘤患者发生医院感染情况,统计临床标本分离培养出的70株病原菌分类及药敏实验结果。结果:肿瘤患者医院感染率达16.55%,显著高于同期医院平均感染率7.37%。70株病原菌G^-占75.7%,G^+占15.7%,真菌占8.6%。铜绿假单胞菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌为主要感染菌,感染部位以呼吸道、泌尿道、手术切口为多见。结论:发生院内感染后,应常规作病原菌检查,并进行药敏试验,合理使用抗菌药。Objective: To investigate some characteristics of patients with nosocomial infection tumor, common pathogens and resistance to provide reference for reasonable clinical use of antibiotics. Method: The specimens of pathogens cultured from 423 cases of patients with tumor were retrospectively analyzed. Result: The rate of the hospital infection of tumor patients was 16.55%, significantly higher than 7.37%, the average infection rate in the same period. In the 70 pathogens, G^- accounted for 75.7%; G^+, for 15.7%, and fungus, for 8.6%. Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Klebsiella pneumoniae, slaphylococcus aureus, escherichia coli bacteria as the main bacteria more commonly attacked the respiratory and urinary tracts and surgical incision. Conclusion: After nosocomial infections occurred, pathogens should be routinely checked, drugs, susceptibility tested and antibiotics, rationally used.
