摘 要:面料的平整度等级是评定面料抗皱性能的一个重要指标。现有的评定方法主要采用标样对照法,或利用计算机图像处理技术和激光扫描技术对面料表面形态进行数字化研究。文中将虚拟仪器技术引入到面料表面三维坐标信息的采集中,结合虚拟仪器开发平台LabVIEW和网络技术的优势,创建了基于远程虚拟仪器的面料平整度等级虚拟测评系统,实现了面料数据的远程测试、网络传输和分析处理,客观评定了面料的平整度等级。实验证明,测评系统运行可靠,准确率较高。Fabric smoothness grade is an important parameter in the evaluation of fabric appearance. Specimen comparison measuring method was mainly used, and image treating technique or laser scanning technique were another two methods generally employed in the numerical analysis of fabric appearance. In this paper, virtual instrument technique was applied to acquire three - dimensional fabric coordinate information. Making use of LabVIEW, a virtual instrument software and network, a virtual system for data teletesting, transmission, analyzing and fabric smoothness grade assessing was established. It was testified that the virtual system built in this paper had good performance in operation and grade assessing.
