摘　　要：意义是语言研究的核心问题。迄今,学者们从各种不同维度考察意义问题,指称论就是考察结果之一。文章在反思、批判经典理论的基础上,将人这一核心要素纳入意义指称理论的研究之中,提出新的指称论研究路径。Meaning is the key problem of language research. So far, scholars have made various investigations on the issue from diffe- rent perspectives. The theory of reference is one of the achievements. On the foundation of the reflection and criticism to the clas- sical theories, this paper takes human being into the analysis of reference theory and provides new ways for the study of the theory of reference.
