摘 要:在铝箔轧制中,接触摩擦对轧制变形区参数影响显著,采用弹塑性有限元方法,借助非线性有限元软件MSC.Marc对轧制过程进行计算,分析了接触摩擦对轧制力、出口厚度等轧制参数的影响,并将计算结果与现场数据进行对比,验证了模型的可靠性。其结论对轧制工艺参数的优化有重要意义,同时为在线的铝箔轧制板厚自动控制提供了参考控制模型,缩短了在线的调试时间。The friction produced a remarkable influence on aluminum foil rolling parameter. Using the elastic-plastic FEM,the aluminum foil rolling procedure had been simulated and analyzed with the nonlinear FEM software: MSC. Marc. The tension' s influence on rolling force and aluminum foil thickness had been analyzed. The model' s precision had been proved through the comparison of simulation results and real measure value. The results of this paper played a significant role to optimize the rolling process parameter and provided a control modal to AGC system in aluminum foil rolling. The online debugging time had been shortened greatly.
