摘 要:[目的]为建立新型的糖蜜酒精废液处理技术提供依据。[方法]用自制高取代度阳离子淀粉作为絮凝剂处理糖蜜酒精废液,探讨阳离子淀粉用量、废液初始DH值及搅拌吸附时间对糖蜜酒精废液处理效果的影响,确定最佳处理条件。[结果]测定条件确定为波长560nm,pH值8.0。CODcr的去除率和脱色率均随阳离子淀粉用量的增加而增加,用量为500mg/L时开始减小。pH值6.0~9.0时CODcr去除率及脱色率较高,且基本不变。絮凝剂吸附时间对CODcr的去除率和脱色率影响不大。pH值对CODcr去除率和脱色率的影响最大,然后是阳离子淀粉投加量、吸附时间。[结论]高取代度阳离子淀粉吸附处理糖蜜酒精废液的最佳处理条件为阳离子淀粉投加量500mg/L.废液初始DH值7.0.吸附时间5min.此条件下.CODcr去除率达70.8%,脱色率达50.3%。[Objective] The research ainmed to provide basis for establishing new technology of treating molasses alcohol wastewater. [Method] The serf - made cationic starch with high degree of substitution was taken as floeeulant to treat molasses alcohol wastewater. The influences of the dosage of cationic starch, the initial pH value of wastewater, stirring and adsorption time on treating molasses alcohol wastewater were discussed to eonfirm the optimum processing conditions. [ Result] The determination conditions were, confirmed as follows: the wavelength was 560 nm and pH value was 8.0. The removal rate of CODer and the deeoloratian rate were decreased with the increment of the dosage of cationic starch and they began to decrease when the dosage was 500 mg/L. When pH value was 6.0 - 9.0, the removal rate of CODer and the decoloration rate were higher and changed a little. The adsorption time of flocculant had little effect on the removal rate of CODcr and the deeoloration rate. The effects of pH value on the removal rate of CODer and the deeoloration rate was most, followed by the addition amount of cationic starch and adsorption time. [Conclusion] The processing conditions of treating molasses alcohol wastewater with cationic starch with high degree of substitution were confirmed as follows: the addition amount of eationic starch was 500 mg/L, the initial pH of wastewater was 7.0and the adsorption time was 5 rain, under which, the removal rate of CODer reached 70.8 % and the deeoloration rate reached 50.3 %.
