摘  要:目的:观察氯胺酮对应激性溃疡大鼠血浆丙二醛(MDA)、髓过氧化物酶(MPO)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的影响。方法:在Wistar雄性大鼠应激前给予氯胺酮,采用水浸-束缚应激方法制作模型,观察胃黏膜溃疡指数(UI),大体及光镜下胃黏膜损伤程度及组织学变化,血浆MDA、MPO、SOD水平。结果:使用氯胺酮后可见胃黏膜UI明显降低,光镜下仅见胃黏膜充血、水肿,应激所致的胃黏膜损伤明显减轻。氯胺酮预处理组血浆MDA、MPO水平也明显低于应激组,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:氯胺酮预处理对大鼠急性胃黏膜病变有保护作用,该作用与血浆MDA、MPO、SOD水平有关。Objective To observe the effects of ketamine on plasma levels of malondialdehyde (MDA), myeloperoxidase (MPO), and superoxide dismutase (SOD) in stress ulcer rats. Methods Ketamine was administered to Wistar rats before the construction of the rat model by water immersion restraint stress method. Levels of UI, MDA, MPO, and SOD were detected. The histological changes and the degree of gastric mucosa injury were observed grossly and microscopically. Results UI level was markedly declined following the use of ketamine. The stress-induced gastric mucosa injury was evidently relieved with only mucosal congestion and edema. Plasma levels of MDA and MPO were obviously lower in the ketamine-pretreatment group (P 〈 0.01). Conclusion Ketamine pretreatment has a protective effect on ulcer in rats, which is associated with the plasma levels of MDA, MPO, and SOD.
