几种精神疾病亲属的照料负担与心身健康

摘　　要：本研究对三种常见精神疾病给家庭带来的各种照料负担进行比较，共完成３４０例，其中精神分裂症１３７例，情感性精神障碍９１例，神经症１１２例。发现三组之间存在显著差异。并提示照料者常出现忧郁、焦虑、躯体化症状和饮食睡眠障碍。对产生这些症状的原因进行了探讨。Objective:To compare the burden of care shouldered by family members of patients with schizophrenic,affective and neurotic disorders and explore its relationship with the mental health of the care-givers. Method:A key family member was recruited from each family of 137 cases of schizophrenia,91 affective and 112 neurotic disorders.The Family Interview Schedule (FIS) and 90-item Symptom Checklist (SCL-90) were used to evaluate the burden of care and symptom profile of the care-givers respectively. Results:The burden of care is significantly different among the three sample groups (P<0001) and is associated with depression,anxiety,somatisation,eating and sleep problem. Discussion:The degree of burden to family members varies with the types of mental disorder.Psychiatric morbidity is associated with financial difficulties and interference with daily living.
