摘  要:以载银磷酸锆为抗菌剂,铝酸酯偶联剂为改性剂,乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)树脂为基本原料,制备抗菌EVA发泡材料。用红外光谱仪、粘度法对载银磷酸锆表面改性效果进行分析,并用扫描电镜观察载银磷酸锆在EVA发泡材料中的分散性,同时检测了EVA发泡材料力学性能和抗菌性能。结果表明:铝酸酯在载银磷酸锆表面形成了包覆层,改善了载银磷酸锆在EVA发泡材料中的分散性,明显提高了EVA发泡材料的力学性能;含质量分数1%载银磷酸锆(经铝酸酯处理)的EVA发泡材料具有优异的抗菌性和持效性,其对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌率分别为99.95%和98.26%,在自来水中浸泡30d后,抗菌率分别为99.73%和97.92%。The antibacterial EVA foamed materials were prepared with silver-loaded zirconium phosphate as antibacterial, aluminate coupling agent as modifier and EVA resin as primary raw materials. The surface modification effect of silver-loaded zirconium phosphate was evaluated by FT-IR and viscosity measurement. SEM was applied to characterize the dispersion of the silver-loaded zirconium phosphate in EVA famed materials. In addition, the mechanical and antibacterial properties of the EVA foamed materials were mensurated. The results show that aluminate coveres the surface of silver-loaded zirconium phosphate. It improves the dispersion of silver-loaded zirconium phosphate in EVA famed materials and the mechanical properties of the EVA foamed materials. The EVA foamed materials with 1% silver-loaded zirconium phosphate (modified by aluminate) have excellent antibacterial performance and persistent antibacterial effect. The antibacterial rates achieve 99.95% against escherichia coli and 98.26 % against staphylococcus aureus. After immersed in tap water for 30 days, it has antibacterial rate of 99.73% against escherichia coli and 97. 92% against staphylococcus aureus, respectively.
