摘  要:为了分析产生低温等离子体的单面介质阻挡辉光放电的放电特性及其各参数对它的影响,给低温等离子体在航空流动控制领域的应用提供理论保证,基于辉光放电的唯象学理论,将等离子体放电建模成一个电压控制的非线性电流源,利用Matlab的电力系统模块库PSB建立了此系统的仿真模型;利用Matlab/Simulink仿真了该系统的等离体放电电流的暂态过程;仿真分析了控制电压对电路模型中某一个电压控制的非线性电流源产生的等离子体放电电流的影响。结果表明,仿真波形和实验波形基本一致。该模型和仿真方法有效,便于直观地分析系统性能,可实时显示各参数的变化。To research the electrical characteristic of single-surface dielectric barrier uniform glow discharge and the influence of different parameters on discharge characteristic, and to provide assurance for plasma applied in aviation flow control ,domain in theory, the plasma discharge is modeled as a voltage-controlled current source that is switched on when the voltage across the gap exceeds the plasma initiation voltage. The current source and its output current follow a power law of the applied voltage, an observed phenomenological characteristic of the voltage-current behavior of normal glow. The basic structure and basic principle of plasma reactor system are introduced briefly. The circuit model of voltage-controlled current source is established using the power system blockset (PSB) of Matlab/Simulink. The plasma reactor circuit model is also established based on the model of voltage-controlled current source and PSB in Matlab/Simulink. Then, The simulation model for this plasma reactor is established, and the Matlab/Simulink is used to simulate the transient processes of plasma electric current of this system . It is proved by simulation result that the model and the simulating method is valid, visual and saves time and the wave shape of simulation is in agreement with the experimental wave shape.
