摘　　要：1927—1937年．长江三角洲地区米粮贸易从业者的资金融通渠道主要有从银行或钱庄获得贷款、在同业间进行融通三种。此外，米业与农民之间的金融往来，主要体现为产地市场和集散市场中米行与农民之间种类繁多的借贷关系。Loaning from banks and Qianzhuangs, and financing between participants in rice trade were the three main financing ways of rice merchants in the Yangtze Delta during 1927-1937. In addition, the financing activities between rice merchants and peasants was presented as various lending and loaning relationship between Mihang and peasants （in producing markets and collecting and distributing markets） .
