摘　　要：报告全膀胱浸润性癌４例，患者表现有进行性尿频、尿急、尿痛和血尿症状。由于全膀胱受累，膀胱容量变小，僵硬、呈皮革样改变。膀胱壁内有淋巴管或静脉的癌细胞浸润或癌栓形成者，预后极差，平均生存期仅为５个月。ＭＶＡＣ联合化疗可延长生存时间。cases of infiltrating cancer invading the whole bladder were reported.An irritable bladder with frequency,urgency,dysuria and hematuria was the main clinical manifestation.The bladder became small,stiff and leathery(the leathern bladder).The vein and/or lymphatics of the bladder wall were usualy invaded and the prognosis extremely poor.The average survival of the patients has been only 5 months.The combined use of chemotherapy and M VAC might prolong the survival.
