企业自主创新能力的模糊综合评价

摘　　要：在构建企业自主创新能力评价指标体系的基础上,运用德尔菲法和模糊综合评价法建立了数学模型,对企业的自主创新能力进行了客观的评价。结果表明,所建的评价指标体系和所采用的评价方法对国内企业有广泛的适用性,它清楚地反映了企业自主创新能力各个指标的相对重要性,同时,为企业制定发展战略提供了理论依据。By establishing an appraisal index system, and adopting Delphi method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, a mathematical model was built to objectively evaluate an enterprise＇s independent innovation ability. The appraisal result indicates that the appraisal index system and the prepesed assessment methods have wide serviceability to the domestic enterprises. It can clearly reflect the relative importance of each index for the enterprise independent innovation ability, providing a theoretical basis for enterprises to formulate their developmental strategy.
