急性脑血管病患者心肌酶谱监测及临床意义研究

摘　　要：目的探讨急性脑血管病患者心肌酶谱的变化及其临床意义。方法选择2005年1月-2007年1月期间住院就诊的80例急性脑血管病患者为病例纽，同期健康体检人群80例为对照组。病例组于入院1，7，14d，对照组于体捡当日抽血检测各项心肌酶。结果①脑出血组与脑梗死组各指标均高于对照组，但脑出血与脑梗死组各指标差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；有意识障碍组各指标均高于无意识障碍组（P〈0．05）；②好转组各指标均低于恶化组（P〈0．05）；③好转组第1，7，14d各指标的水平呈逐渐下降趋势（P〈0．05）。结论急性脑血管病存在心肌酶谱水平的升高，并且心肌酶谱的监测对于病情、预后、治疗情况判断均具有重要的意义。Objective To explore the clinical role and change of myocardium enzyme spectrum in acute cerebrovascular diseases patients. Methods Eighty acute cerebrovascular diseases patients who were treated in hospital during January 2005 to January 2007 were selected as the case group ,and eighty healthy people who received physical examination in the same duration were selected as the control group. Myocardium enzyme of the case group was tested when the patients were in the hospital after 1,7 ,and 14 days ,while the same parameters of the control group were tested at the day of physical examination. Results ①Every parameter of the cerebral hemorrhage group and cerebral infarction group was higher than that of the control group. However,there was no statistical difference between cerebral hemorrhage group and cerebral infarction group（P〉0.05）. Every parameters of the patients with conscious deficits was higher than that of the patients without conscious deficits（P〈0.05）. ②Every parameters of the patients who became better was lower than that of the patients became worse（P〈0.05）. ③In light of the myocardium enzyme level of the first,the seventh and the fourteenth day of the patients who became better,A tendency of decreasing was observation. Conclusions In acute cerebrovascular diseases patients, the level of myocardium enzyme increased. Surveillance of myocardium enzyme can take a very important role in judgment of the disease state,prognosis,treatment of acute cerebrovascular diseases.
