口服脂质体转移因子的制备及其活性

摘　　要：探讨了有关肽类药物口服的问题。提取的转移因子经过E玫瑰花试验及巨噬细胞吞噬试验确认具有活性后，用脂质体包裹转移因子给小鼠口服喂药。试验表明口服脂质体转移因子同样达到注射给药的效果。提高机体免疫功能。Liposome transfer factor (LTF) was prepared by reverse evaporation. The bioactivity assay by metheds of erythrocyte rosette formation and macrophage phagoytosis showed that the activity of LTF is higher than free TF. The in vivo study showed that the effect of LTF administrated orally was much better than that of free transfer factor administrated by injection in promoting the immunity of mice.
