大肠癌患者围手术期自然杀伤细胞活性变化及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的研究大肠癌患者围手术期的细胞免疫功能。方法采用ＬＤＨ释放法测定１６例大肠癌患者外周血自然杀伤细胞活性（ＮＫＣＡ）。结果术前和术后１ｗｋ大肠癌患者的ＮＫＣＡ明显低于正常及良性对照，术后４～６ｗｋ时明显升高；而术后接受转移因子治疗的５例患者，术后７ｗｋ的ＮＫＣＡ已达正常水平。结论大肠癌患者在围手术期处于免疫抑制状态，围手术期应用转移因子可显著提高患者的ＮＫＣＡ。Objective In order to investigate the cellular immuno-function of the colorectal carcinoma (CRC) patients. Methods The natural killer cell activity (NKCA) of the peripheral blood were measured in 16 cases of CRC patients using the LDH release method. Results The NKCA in the CRC patients were greatly decreased one week before and after operation; and there was a significantly increase 4-6 weeks after the transferon therapy, the NKCA reached the normal levels within 7 days after operation. Conclusions Our results suggested that the CRC patients were in a immunodepressive state during the perioperative period, and the perioperative supplement of transferon may enhance the NKCA significantly in patients with CRC.
