微量元素锌与消化系癌关系研究

摘　　要：根据不同地貌、地质条件在３０个县市按剖面、同步、随机取土壤样品以及在消化系癌高、低发县取稻谷样品测定锌含量，作相关和对比分析显示：土壤、稻谷锌含量与消化系癌呈负相关关系；在缺锌Ｗｉｓｔｅｒ大鼠模型中，用ＭＮＮＧ作致癌剂，致消化系癌的实验研究，其结果与相关和对比分析相一致，进一步揭示出微量元素锌与消化系癌的密切关系。The zine contents were measured in the soil samples from 30 counties of Jiangxi province and the rice samples from high and low incidence of alimentery system cancer.The result of correlation and comparsion analysis showed there was negative correlation between the zine contents in soil and rice samples and alimentery system cancer.In wister rats model of zine deficiency,the alimentery system cancer produced by carcinogen MNNG was studed.The result was concordant with the one of correlation and comparison analysis.
