泸州炭黑厂炉黑车间工人营养状况调查

摘　　要：本文于１９９３年３—４月对泸州炭黑厂炉黑车间７６名炭黑作业工人进行了营养调查。结果表明：工人摄取膳食蛋白质、热能基本满足机体需要。早餐热能偏低，仅占总热能的１４．６—１６．３％。男工维生素Ｂ２、钙摄入不足，为供给量标准的６６．７％、４１．８％，女工维生素Ｂ１、维生素Ｂ２、钙、锌摄入均不足，分别为供给量标准的７８．６％、６７．１％、３８．５％、７１．３％。尿维生素Ｂ１缺乏和不足，男工分别占１０．５％、５５．３％，女工分别占１３．８％、４１．４％；尿维生素Ｂ２缺乏和不足，男工占４７．５％、３７．５％，女工占２３．３％、６３．３％。部分工人有齿龈出血、夜盲、皮肤干燥等营养缺乏体征。In this paper we investigated the nutritional state of 76 workers producing carbon black in 1993.The results showed that the intakes of protein energy in diet were fitting for requirement of body,the intakes of energy at breakfast was lower:14 6—16 3% of total;the intake of VB2 calcium for mem and VB1、VB2 calcium for women were deficient:66 7%、41 8% of RDA,78 6%、67 1%、38 5%、71 3% of RDA,respectively.The deficincy and lack(inadiquite)of VB1、VB2 in urine for men and womem were:10 5%、55 3%;13 8%、41 4% and 47 5%、37 5%;23 3%、63 3%,respectively.Some of workers were ill with nutritional deficiency of gingiva hemorrhage、night blindness、skin dry.
