摘 要:对40例烧伤病员根据不同的病理阶段给予不同内容和形式的食物。对照组饮食氮热比例为1gN:397~1130KJ;治疗组给予对照组相似饮食外尚补给25%复方营养要素1000ml,氮热比例为1gN:711~795KJ。治疗五周后结果显示:治疗组临床恢复情况优于对照组。体重、血清白蛋白明显高于对照组(P<0.05),血色素也高于对照组(0.05>P>0.01)。说明烧伤病员的饮食增加复方营养要素能达到创伤早日愈合的目的。Many kinds of foods contained different substance were given to 40 burned patients according to the stage of pathology N/heat(Nitrogen/quantity of heat) in food of the control group was lgN/397:1130KJ Beside the similar foods of contral group,more than 25% co-nutritions key element solution,1000 ml were given to test group,which N/heat was lgN/711:795KJ,after 5 wecks,the results were following:weight body,serum albumin and Hb in test patients were highter than contral group( P <0 05) It shows that addition of co-nutritions key elements solution to foods of burned patients could be benificial to recover more quickly
