绵阳市城乡中学生营养状况初探

摘　　要：对绵阳市第三及城郊中学学生进行了营养状况调查。结果表明：城乡学生的主要营养素摄入均低于供给量标准，三餐热能分配不合理，农村学生优质蛋白摄入很少；矿物质中钙均严重不足，铁的摄入为女生偏少；维生素摄入中除烟酸接近标准，农村女学生抗坏血酸达到标准外，其余均不足。城乡学生生长发育均差。学生营养素摄入与家庭收入及家长文化程度也有关。We investigated the nutritional condition of Mian Yang Municipal Third Middle-school and Town Outskirts Middle-school students There results indicate that the main intake of nousishment to munieipal or countryis students are both at a lower level than the supply standard;the distribution of nourishment energy three meals are izzational;intake of protein to countrys students are very little Serious calcium deficiency prerents generally;girl students iron intake are low slightly Vitamin intake all not enough except nicotinic acid near the standard and ascorbic acid of country girl students arrive the standard The growth and development of city and town outskirts students are poor about the same The nourishment intake have ralation to family income and cultural degree of parents
