乳腺癌改良根治术的临床应用分析

摘　　要：目的:通过回顾性分析46例乳腺癌施行改良根治术以评价其治疗意义。方法:严格遵循乳腺癌施行改良根治术的手术适应症及禁忌症,46例女性患者均施行乳腺癌改良根治术。结果:术后发生皮缘坏死2例(4.3%),皮下积液6例(13.0%),上肢淋巴性水肿4例(8.7%),胸肌挛缩伴同侧上臂运动障碍2例(4.3%)。3年生存率83.9%;5年生存率64.5%,其中Ⅰ期为81.1%,Ⅱ期为52.3%,Ⅲ期为32.2%。结论:乳腺癌改良根治术根治清扫效果与Halsted根治术一样具有彻底性,且提高患者术后生活质量及保持较美观的身体外形具有重要意义。Objective： To appraise the therapeutic action through retrospective analysis of the 46 breast cancer paitents who were modified radical mastectomy. Method： Strisfly obey the surgery indication and contraindiction , the 46 breast cancer paitents were modified radical mastectomy. Result： After the operation, the necrosis of skin flap 2 examples（4.3% ） , the cutaneous dropsy 6 examples（ 13.0% ） , the lymph edemas of upper limb 4 examples（8.7% ）, the contracture of the pectoral muscle and the same upper arm＇ s movement disturbance 2 examples（4.3% ）, 3 years survival rate 83.9%, 5 years survival rate 64.5%, Ⅰ issue 81.1%, Ⅱ issue 52.3%, Ⅲissue 32.2%. Conclusion： The mundificant effect of the modified radical masteetomy is the same as the Halsted root governing skill , after enhances the patient technique the quality of life and the maintenance artistic body contour have the vital significance.
