药用沙棘油质量标准的研究

摘　　要：对药用沙棘籽油和果油的质量控制方法进行了研究。测定了沙棘油的理化参数,建立了主要活性成份α-生育酚、β-胡萝卜素的鉴别及含量测定方法。The quality control methods of the seed oil and fruit oil of Hippophae rhamnoides are studied. The physical and chemical factors are determined and the identification and determination methods for the bioactive compnents a-tocopherol and carotenes are established.
