高校体育舞蹈选修课的内容及时间安排

摘　　要：当前高校的体育舞蹈选修课教学内容不够系统,缺乏实用性、合理性。应适当增加体育舞蹈理论课,强化形体训练,合理安排舞种和学时。It is found that currently in elective course in part of high schools some of the content arrangements of sports dance are not so reasonable. This paper, puts forward some suggestions by using the combination of different means such as questionnaire and teaching experience, aims to have better teaching result and ground students in lifelong exercise.
