妇科肿瘤化疗患者应用静脉留置针的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察静脉留置针在妇科肿瘤患者化疗中应用的效果方法将78例妇科肿瘤化疗患者分成观察组和对照组(各39人),其中观察组选用密闭式静脉留置针(Y型),对照组选用普通7号头皮针两组均由经验丰富的主管护师选用手背静脉或前臂浅静脉进行穿刺,同时做好疾病的相关知识等健康方面的宣教结果观察组在避免穿刺失败、药物渗漏、预防静脉炎及病人心理顾虑等方面明显优于对照组结论妇科肿瘤化疗患者应用留置针,既可以提高静脉穿刺一针见血的成功率,避免重复穿刺,保护血管,同时有效地减轻病人的痛苦及护理人员的负担。Objective To observe the application effect of the venous indwelling needle in chemotherapy for gynaecological tumour patients. Methord Divide 78 gynaecological tumour patients of chemotherapy into two groups （39 in each）. Observation group and Contrast group. The observation group selects airtight venous indwelling needle （ style Y） produced by Shuzhou BIdi Limited Company of medical appartus and instruments; while the constrast group chooses common No. 7 scalp needle by Tianjing HaNahao Limited Company of medicinal materials. Both of the groups are either punctured intravenously in the back of a hand or in a forearm in a shallow way by the chief nurses with much experience. At the same time, the healthy publicity and education are going hand in hand with it. Result The observation group is clearly superior to the contrast group in avoiding puncture failure and drug leaking, preventing phlebitis and patients＇ psychological anxiety. Conclusion The application of the venous indwelling needle in chemotherapy to gynaecological tumour patients not only sharply increase successful rates of intravenous puncture, avoid puncturing repeatedly and protecting blood vessels, but also greatly alleviate patients＇ pain as well as the nurses＇ burden and improve the satisfaction of patients and their family.
