摘　　要：本文从研究生招生考试主体的诚信问题着手分析，探讨了我国当前研究生招考工作主体存在失信行为的原因，并进一步提出了加强研究生招考主体诚信建设的措施。The paper discusses the problem of personnels＇ credibility during the postgraduate entrance examination, and states the reasons that personnels occur discreditable behavior during the postgraduate entrance examination currently in China, then it brings forward how to intensify the construction of personnels＇ credibility during the postgraduate entrance examination.
