维他派克斯(Vitapex)糊剂在根尖诱导成形术中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的观察维他派克斯(Vitapex)糊剂在根尖诱导成形术中的疗效。方法选择136例148颗根尖未发育完成的年轻恒牙,其中牙髓炎、牙髓坏死102颗,根尖46颗;根据术前X线片根端形态分为根端喇叭型(A型)18牙,管壁平行型(B型)52牙,管壁内聚型(C型)78牙。用Vitapex诱导根尖形成,每3个月复诊1次,观察临床是否有症状,X线片观察根尖周情况和根尖形成状态。结果148颗患牙成功86颗,占58.10%;显效55颗,占37.16%;失败7颗,占4.73%;有效率为95.26%。结论用Vitapex进行根尖诱导成形术是一种简便、有效、可靠的治疗方法。Objective To investigate the effect of apexification with Vitapex on immature permanent teeth. Methods 148 juvenile permanent teeth, including 102 teeth suffering from pulpitis and necrotic ,46 teeth with peripical periodontitis. The root canal was filled with Vitapex paste. Every patient was examined once three months. The effect was evaluated on the basis of clinical curative criterion and the development of root apiex from X - ray taken in the follow - up. Results 86 teeth in 148 was successful . The successful rate was 58.10%. 55 teeth was effective,37.16%. 7 teeth was failure,4.73%. The effective rate of was 95.26%. Conclusion The study shows that apexification with Vitapex on immature permanent teeth is an easy, effective and reliable therapy.
