比较不同根充材料根管充填术后疼痛的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察用3种根充材料充填根管后近期发生疼痛的情况。方法将因牙髓炎或根尖周炎需要行根管治疗的恒牙162颗随机分为3组，分别以氧化锌丁香油糊剂加牙胶尖（A组）、Cortisomol糊剂加牙胶尖（B组）、AH Plus^TM糊剂加牙胶尖（C组）作为根充材料进行根管充填，对术后24—48h疼痛发生情况用VAS评价标尺记录并用SNK-q检验分析比较。结景经统计学检验3组术后疼痛程度有显著性差异（P〈0．01），Cortisomol糊剂组与AH Plus^TM糊剂组术后反应轻，两组采用SNK-q检验无统计学差异（P〉0．05），氧化锌丁香油组术后反应最严重，与前两组分别比较均有显著性差异（P〈0．01）。结论以Cortisomol或AH Plus^TM糊剂作为根充材料进行根管充填可明显减少术后疼痛，值得在临床广泛应用。Objective To compare the occurrence of postoperative pain after applying three different root canal sealers in root canal treatment.Methods A total of 162 teeth were randomly divided into three groups：group A using zincoxide engenol （ZOE）b ＋ gutta-perrcha, group B using Cortisomol sealer ＋ gutta-perrcha and group C using AH PlusTM ＋ gutta-perrcha. The occurrence of postoperative pain was evaluated by VAS value ruler after root canal filling. Results The difference in pain among the three groups were statistically significant after treatment. Both the group B and group C caused less pain than the group A. Group A showed the most severe reaction. Conclusion The root canal therapy using Cortisomol sealer can significantly reduce pain.
