摘 要:以大豆种子为试验材料,以苯甲醛溶液对种子产生的损伤效应为对照,分别用不同浓度的L-抗坏血酸溶液对损伤的种子进行处理,研究L-抗坏血酸对苯甲醛损伤种子的拮抗作用。结果显示,苯甲醛对种子有损伤效应,其损伤效应随苯甲醛浓度的增加而增大;经不同浓度的L-抗坏血酸溶液处理后,能够有效地减轻种子的损伤,表明L-抗坏血酸对苯甲醛损伤种子具有拮抗作用。具体表现为能够提高细胞有丝分裂指数和种子发芽率,降低微核细胞率和染色体畸变率。但是不同的浓度产生的拮抗作用存在差异。L-抗坏血酸溶液处理的适宜浓度应为0.05mol/L左右。This research takes soybean seeds as objects to study the antagonism of L-ascorbic acid in various density on injuried seeds by benzaldehyde, in the light of injurying effects on seeds by benzaldehyde. The results show that: there are injurying effects on soybean seeds by benzaldehyde, which increases as benzaldehyde density goes up; seeds injury can be reduced after being treated by L-ascorbic acid in various density, which indicates the antagonism, such as increasing mitosis index and seed germination rate, decreasing micronucleus cell rate and chromosome aberrations rate. However, antagonism differ when made by L-ascorbic acid in various density. Appropriate density of L-ascorbic acid is 0.5mol/L.
