摘　　要：绑架罪主观方面的刑事立法,无论在犯罪主体还是犯罪主观方面,作者认为都很有必要进行研究和推敲,本文试图从绑架罪的主观方面展开论述。Criminal iegislation of the subjective aspect of kidnap crime need to be researched and polished no matter on the subject of crime or the subjective aspect of crime.The paper tried to start the elaboration from the subjective aspect of kidnap crime.
