摘　　要：利用统计分析与优化相结合方法确定了评价函数的权重,使得这样确定的权重更加具有客观性,并通过例子说明这种方法的应用。The weight of the factors in comprehensive evaluation function is determined by the methods of statistical analysis and optimization. So such weights are more objective. Moreover, an example on applying this method to determine the weights is also given.
