摘　　要：主题图(Topic maps,TM)是对互联网上的资源进行语义标定的国际标准。针对城市信息门户,提出基于主题图的知识导航系统,包括信息资源层、知识层、信息导航服务层与应用层。知识层是利用主题图技术建立在大量分布异构的城市信息源之上的抽象层。将导航范围确立在更加精练的知识层上,缩短了导航路由,提高了用户的信息获取量。Topic maps （TM） are standardized by ISO 13250 for the purpose of semantic annotation of WWW resources. The knowledge navigation system for City Information Portal is presentsed based on Topic Maps technology, including four layers： information resources layer, knowledge layer, information navigation server layer and ap- plication layer. The knowledge layer is abstracted from large quantities of distributing heterogeneous municipal formation resources by using TM. Navigation scope is built on the knowledge level which enlarges the navigation unit granularity and quantity of receiving information, shortens the navigation routing, and improves the efficiency of navigation.
