摘 要:目的研究动物溺水死后不同时间血锶的变化。方法以高频电感偶合等离子体光谱分析仪(ICP-XSP)检测外样水体中锶离子含量,并分别测定家兔溺死与死后入水的左心血的锶含量。结果实验家兔溺水死后5min、6h和24h血锶含量分别为(0.273±0.126)、(0.335±0.146)和(0.132±0.033)μg/ml,溺水死后5min和6h与溺水前的(0.117±0.035)μg/ml差异有统计学意义(P<0.05;P<0.01),溺水死后24h与溺水前差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而死后入水的血锶含量与死前差异皆无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论实验表明尸体在水中浸泡时间对血锶含量有显著影响,所以超过12h以上的水中尸体,须结合当地环境,尸体现象,硅藻检验,溺死水源及血锶离子含量等多因素综合分析,确定死因。Objective To determine the content of blood strontium (Sr) for diagnosis of deathful causes of drowning and postmortem submergence. Methods The content of Sr content in the water sample of Nan Du River on Hainan Province, and in the left heart's blood sample of rabbits died of drowning, postmortem submergence were determined with ICP- XSP. The results were compared with that the controls. Results The blood Sr level could be use as a confimatory test of drowning or postmortem submergence merely at the early stage (within 5 min); (2) It was of important reference value for confimatory test of drowming or postmortem submergence merely at the early stage (within 1 -6 hours) by determiantion the Sr level; (3) It was a little healp for drowning or postmortem submergence by determinafing the blood Sr level (above 12 hours). Conclusion To diagnose the deathful cause of drowning and postmortem submergence above 12 hours Integrated analysis be made including local environment, appeaance of the dead, diatom and the content of Sr in water and blood.
