摘  要:带电清洗技术是清除电路上有害综合污染物的有效手段,但在带电清洗过程常出现的凝水和冰晶效应会导致清洗剂的动态绝缘性的大大降低。从避免出现凝水和冰晶效应的角度,深入分析了凝水和冰晶效应的形成机理,并提出相应的解决办法。On-line cleaning is an effective means to clean harmful integrated contamination on the circuit. But the coagulate water and ice crystal in the process of on - line cleaning could greatly reduce dynamic isolation of cleaning agent. This would do great harm to the cleaning objects during the process of on - line cleaning. The paper deeply analyse the forming principium of coagulate water and ice crystal from how to avoid bringing coagulate water and ice crystal and puts forward several kinds of effective methods to resolve it.
