摘 要:工业企业总平面布局是一个灰色系统优选问题.针对传统工业企业总图布局方案优选方法中的不足,结合总图布置自身的特点,应用灰色关联度分析法,将灰色值量化,通过无量纲化处理,使各指标具有可比性;根据各特征指标的重要性和影响的不同,拟定各指标关联系数的权重,依据关联度大小对方案优劣进行排序.以一个工业总图布置方案为例,说明总图布置方案灰色系统优选方法的应用.结果表明,该方法模型简单、计算量小,具有很好的实用性.General planar layout of industrial enterprises is a problem of optimal selection of grey systems. Aimed at the insufficiency of the conventional method for optimal selection of general layout plan of industrial enterprises and taken in connection with the feature of general layout plan proper, the grey scale was quantified with analytical method of grey correlativity; all relevant indices were made to be comparable by means of dimensionless processing; the weights of correlative factors of all indices were drawn up according to the significance and influence of all feature indices, and finally, the layout plans to be selected were arranged in order of their merit and demerit according to their value of correlativity. Taking a general layout plan of industrial enterprise as an illustration, the application of the layout optimization method presented was discussed. The result showed that the model used in this method was simple, computation labor--small, and its practicability--excellent.
