国外大学的校院分级管理及其运行特点

摘　　要：国内普通高校的校内管理模式正经历着一场深刻的变革,影响着大学的功能发挥和教育质量的提高。从国外现代大学校院两级管理模式的特点、学院设置与运行规范以及发展历史与实践可以看出高校分级管理所存在的一般规律,我国高校应积极借鉴这些管理经验,以利于学校管理思路的转型、管理职能的转变和管理方式的转换,不断促进高校办学水平的整体提高。The drastic changes, which have taken place recently in the internal administration system in China＇ s colleges and universities, have exerted great influence on the exercise of their educational function and the improvement of their teaching quality. Based on a survey of contemporary foreign counterparts and an analysis of the setup of colleges and their operating practice in these foreign schools, this paper explores the general law of the hierarchy system of corresponding administration in institutions of higher learning, and makes suggestions for the development of China＇ s higher education.
