摘 要:建立了涂层构件边界元法,并引入解析化算法处理其中的几乎奇异积分,以分析赫兹压力作用下涂层构件的力学行为;提出以最大切应力作为涂层结构强度的评判标准;分别讨论了涂层尺寸和涂层/基体材料的变化对最大切应力的影响,找出了受赫兹压力作用涂层构件的强度危险面。The nearly singular integrals in the boundary element analysis of coated structures are transformed into the analytic expressions by means of integration by parts. The mechanical behaviors of the coated structures under Hertzian type pressure are studied by the analytic boundary element method. The maximum shear stress is used to act as the criterion of the bonded strength. The effects of changing material and geometric parameters on the maximum shear stress are analyzed. The numerical results reveal the following conclusions for coated structures under Hertzian type pressure: as the coating is very thin, there are two dangerous sections for the structural strength, one is in the sub-surface of the coating and the other is at the interface when the coating is more compliant than the substrate; however, the interface is the only dangerous section as the coating is more rigid than the substrate; and when the thickness of the coating becomes larger, there is only one dangerous section which exists in the sub-surface of the coating.
