应用泪道内窥镜诊断和治疗泪道阻塞的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨泪道内窥镜诊断和治疗泪道阻塞的方法及其临床疗效。方法对不同部位的泪道阻塞21例23眼在泪道内窥镜下采用微型电钻清除泪道阻塞后,植入硅胶管作为支撑,2月后拔除。术后随诊3个月,观察疗效。结果23眼中19眼治愈,无溢泪,泪道冲洗通畅;3眼有效,轻微溢泪,泪道冲洗通而不畅;1眼无效,仍流泪,泪道冲洗不通。成功率为95.66%。结论泪道内窥镜是诊断和治疗泪道阻塞的一项先进技术,安全而有效,大大提高了泪道阻塞的治愈率。Objective To study the methods of diagnosis and operation of obliteratio puncti lacrimalis using the endoscope of lacrimal ducts and its clinical curative effects. Methods We removed obstructions of lacrimal passage and implanted silicone tube into lacrimal passage using the endoccope of lacrimal ducts in 23 eyes of obliteratio puncti lacrimalis with different locus of lacrimal passage. The clinical curative effects of the treatment were investigated after all cases were treated for three months. Results 19 of 23 eyes were completely healed according to absent lacrimation and being smooth in irrigation of lacrimal passage. 3 of 23 eyes were partly recovered according to light lacrimation and being unobstructed in irrigation of lacrimal passage. 1 of 23 eyes was ineffective according to lacrimation and being obstructed in irrigation of lacrimal passage. The achivement ratio was 95.66%. Conclusions The endoscope of lacrimal ducts is one of advanced techniques of diagnosing and treating obliteratio puncti lacrimalis,which has characteristic of safety, effective, improving curative effect and practical value.
