摘 要:对Al-TiO2-C系用热扩散反应法合成了铝基复合材料。磨损实验显示磨损质量损失随滑动路程的增加而保持良好的线性增长;磨损质量损失随滑动速度的增加而增加,滑动速度为0.9m/s左右时最大,随后减小;当C/TiO2摩尔比为0时,增强体由α-Al2O3颗粒和Al3Ti棒状物组成,磨面上有大量团聚状磨屑、表层剥落、Al3Ti棒裸露及其自身碎裂,磨损主要表现为磨粒磨损;加入C后,棒状物Al3Ti减少,耐磨性能提高,在C/TiO2摩尔比为1时,Al3Ti基本消失,抗拉强度显著提高,此时磨面平整,磨粒较少,流变区增厚,剥落层消失,磨损主要表现为粘着磨损。The microstructure and the dry sliding wear properties of the composites fabricated by exothermic dispersion reaction in Al-TiO2-C system are investigated. The dry sliding wear test results indicate that the wear mass losses increase linearly with sliding distance. With the increase of the sliding velocity, the wear mass losses increase to 0.9 m/s and then decrease. When the C/TiO2 mole ratio is zero, the reinforcements of the composites are composed of α-Al2O3 particles and Al3Ti sticks. There are many accumulated debris on the wear surface, which is formed by de-bonding of lamina and creaking of the Al3Ti. With adding C powder, the wear properties are improved greatly due to decreasing Al3Ti. When the C/TiO2 mole ratios increase to 1, the Al3Ti almost disappears, the ultimate tensile strength of the composites increases greatly. The wear surface becomes smooth, the amount of grind particles on the wear surfaces decreases greatly, no lamina appears on the wear surface, and the thickness of the plastic deformation region under the wear subsurface increases relatively. The adhesion abrasion plays a main role in the wear process of the composites.
