摘　　要：随着网络条件和语言教学的发展,利用网络条件构建适合第二语言学习的理想平台和教学模式是当前外语教学界共同面临的一个问题。第二语言网络课,作为一种新的语言教学模式正处于不断发展和应用当中。本文通过大学新视野试点班的实际教学实践及学生学习情况的问卷调查和分析,对网络课堂的界定、构建、理论依据以及不足等问题作一番探讨。With development and help of network and language teaching theories, it is indispensable to utilize their advantages to build an ideal teaching platform and modes for SL acquisition. As a new teaching pattern in classroom, FL net-courses is being developed and applied. This article is dedicated to the definition of the mode, its establishment and theories employed and, by conducting a sampled questionnaire survey, trying to find out solution to its problems in teaching and learning activities of New Horizon College English.
