摘 要:目的提高超声对终端输尿管癌的诊断准确率并能为手术方式提供可靠的依据。方法18例患者均行超声检查、手术后作病理检查。部分患者行CT、X线造影及膀胱镜检查。结果14例观察到肿瘤的直接征象,声像图表现为结节型、团块型、狭窄型。2例超声诊断终端梗阻,不排除肿瘤或炎症;2例诊断为先天性狭窄。手术后病理检查均为移行上皮癌,超声诊断检出率88.8%,诊断符合率77.7%。结论超声检查应作为输尿管肿瘤诊断的首选影像学手段,并可为临床分期提供依据。Objective To improve the accurate ratio of ultrasonic diagnosis of cancer at the end of ureter and provide with reliable evidence for surgery therapy, Methods 18 cases were checked by ultrasonography and pathology after surgery. Some of them were checked by CT, Xray ureteropye lography and cystoscopy. Results The direct signs were observed in 14 case, 2 cases were diagnosed as obstruction at the end of ureter with were not able to be distinguished between cancer and inflamation, and another two cases were diagnosed ascongenital narrow. All the 18 cases were confirmed transitional cell carcinoma by pathologic check after surgery. The rate of uhrasonography counts to - 88.8% and diagnostic accurate ratio amounts to 77.7% . Conclusions It should he considering that ultrasonic check is thought as a prior method and can provide with important evidence for surgery therapy of ureteral cancer.
