摘　　要：目的探讨胸部结节病的CT表现特点,提高对胸部结节病的认识。方法对经病理证实的31例胸部结节病的临床和CT资料进行回顾性分析。结果全部病例均表现为纵隔淋巴结增大,其中22例合并肺门淋巴结增大(双肺门对称性淋巴结增大19例)和肺部改变,6例仅合并肺门淋巴结增大(双肺门对称性淋巴结增大5例),3例仅合并肺部改变。结论胸部结节病在CT上有较特征性的影像学表现,对定性诊断有一定价值。Objective To investigate the image features of thoracic sarcoidosis on CT and to improve knowledge of thoracic sarcoidosis. Methods The clinical data and CT images of all the 31 cases with pathologically proved thoracic sarcoidosis were retrospectively analyzed. Resuits Of all the 31 cases presented mediastinal adenopathy. There were 22 cases co-existed with hilar adenopathy（ 19 cases with bilateral hilar adenopathy） and pulmonary abnormality; there were 6 cases co-existed with hilar adenopathy only 5 cases with bilateral hilar adenopathy; and there were 3 cases co-existed with pulmonary abnormality only. Conclusions There are some specific features of thoracic sarcoidosis on CT, which may be helpful for diagnosis.
