摘　　要：目的应用生物信息学的方法分析原发型肝癌相关抗原基因HCC-A-12的组织分布情况,以推测原发型肝癌相关抗原基因HCC-A-12的生物学功能与特性。方法应用美国国家生物信息中心(NCBI)中的核酸数据库、EST数据库、Unigen数据库和相应软件分析。结果原发型肝癌相关抗原基因HCC-A-12定位于7q12.1,由3个外显子和2个内含子组成,广泛表达于许多正常组织如前列腺、脂肪、耳等,但在胃癌、子宫瘤、宫颈癌、皮肤癌、结肠癌等肿瘤组织中表达明显上调,而在相应正常组织中不表达或低表达。结论原发型肝癌相关抗原基因HCC-A-12编码的抗原可能与人类多种肿瘤的发生发展密切相关。[Objective] To bioinformatically analyse hepatocellular carcinoma relative antigen gene HCC-A-12 distrucfion in human tissues, in order to speculate its function and speciality. [Methods] We applied the database of nucleic acid, Expressed Sequence Tags（ESTs）, unigen and correspond software in NCBI to analyse hepatocellular carcinoma relative antigen gene. [Results] HCC-A-12 maps in chromosome 7q12.1, composed of three exon and two intron. Database surveys indicated that HCC-A-12 was ubiquitously expressed in many normal tissues with various levels,such as pancreas,adipose, ear, but differentially expressed in different tumor tissues, especially up-regulated in multiple neoplastic tissues such as carcinoma of stomach,metra carcinoma, cervical carcinoma,skin carcinoma,cancer of colon et al. [Conclusion] The antigen coded by HCC-A-12 is related intimately with the occurrence and progression of human multiple neoplasm potentially.
