摘  要:研究了肼在磁性条件下与鲁米诺和高碘酸钾产生化学发光行为,建立了流动注射化学发光测定痕量用的新方法。肼的浓度在1.0×10-8~1.0×10-6g/mL范围内与化学发光强度成线性关系,检出限为 4 × 10-9g/mL;相对标准偏差小于 3%。本方法用于空气中痕量肼的测定,简便,快速,灵敏度高,选择性好。当采样体积为 120 L时,用的最低检出浓度为 0.002mg/m3。A new analytical method consisting of flow injection sampling and chemilumi- nescence detection for determination of trace hydrazine is described. It is based on the ab- sorption of hydrazine in air by 2.0 mol/L H2SO4 and the chemiluminescence reaction of lumi- nol-KIO4-N2H4 system. The linearity of the chemiluminescence intensity holds for the con- centration range of 1.0×10-81.0×l0-6g/mL hydrazine. The detection limit of hydrazine is 4×10-9 g/mL. The relative standard deviation is less than 3% with a sampling rate of 80 samples per hour. The method has been applied to the determination of trace hydrazine in air with satisfactory results. The method is simple, rapid, sensitive and selective. The lowest detectable content of hydrazine is 0.002 mg/m3 in l20 L air sample.
