摘  要:利用超临界流体色谱成功地分离了黄酮类化合物,研究了流动相组成、柱条件、压力及温度的影响。发现流动相组成是影响色谱分离的最主要因素;其次,色谱柱条件也是影响分离的一个很重要的因素,硅胶基质的键合苯基柱比较适合于极性黄酮类化合物的分离。考察了压力和温度对分离的影响。在合适的色谱条件下进行了银杏叶提取物中黄酮化合物的分离。The separation of flavonoids, which differs in the position and number of substi- tuted hydroxyl groups in their chemical structure, by Supercritical fluid chromatography us- ing ethanol and phosphoric acid-modified carbon dioxide was studied. The effects of the com- position of mobile phase, column type,pressure and temperature were investigated. It showed that the composition of mobile phase is the most pronounced factor influencing the separation and the addition of a very small amount of phosphoric acid to the mobile phase brings about the separation of all compounds with good peak shape. The type of packed columns also effected the separation, and the phenyl column was most suitable to separate the flavonoids. The retention times of the compounds decreased with increasing pressures and increased with the decreasing temperatures under the experimental conditions. The ex- tract of Ginkgo baloba leaves was analyzed by this chromatographic system, and the major flavonoids in it were separated efficiently.
