摘　　要：目的通过T淋巴细胞亚群的检测,观察慢性浅表性胃炎、萎缩性胃炎、肥厚性胃炎患者免疫系统的变化,从而提供临床诊断与治疗的依据。方法120例慢性胃炎患者,经胃镜检查选出浅表性胃炎、萎缩性胃炎、肥厚性胃炎患者各40例,分别和40例正常人比较T淋巴细胞亚群CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+比值。结果浅表性胃炎和对照组比,有显著性差异(P<0.05);萎缩性胃炎和对照组比,有非常显著性差异(P<0.01);肥厚性胃炎和对照组比,CD3、CD4值有非常显著性差异(P<0.01),CD8、CD4/CD8比值有差异(P<0.05)。结论检测结果表明,浅表性胃炎、萎缩性胃炎、肥厚性胃炎患者的T淋巴细胞亚群和正常人比均有差异,这表明慢性胃炎发病和机体免疫功能有关。在治疗慢性胃炎的过程中,辅以提高免疫功能的治疗方法对慢性胃炎的治疗效果有积极的作用。Objective To observe immune system change of the patients with chronic gastric inflammatory, atrophic and hypertrophic gastropathy that provided effective basis for diagnosis and treatment in clinic. Methods 120 patients with chronic gastritis wore screened out 40 eases in each of chronic gastric inflammatory,atrophic and hypertrophic gastropathy compared with 40 normal adults for CD3＋, CD4＋,CD8＋,CD4＋/CD8＋. Results There was a significant difference between chronic gastric inflammatory and normal group （P〈0.05）. The atrophic and hypertrophic gastropathy groups were obviously different compared with normal group （P 〈0.01）, but CD4/CD8 was slightly different in two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Our studies show that T Lymphocyte subsets of the patients with chronic gastric inflammatory,atrophic and hypertrophic gastritis were all different compared with normal group. The chronic gastritis is related with immune function. Combining treatment with increasing immunity had positive effects on chronic gastritis.
