摘　　要：中华民族数千年的历史文化沉淀,虽然是我国传统体育在体育现代化道路上的一道门槛,但其绝不是不可抛弃的负担;中华民族在文化自省的过程中,借助于现代科学的指导,明确方向,兼容并包,就定能让我国传统体育焕发出时代的光芒。China＇ s several thousand years history and culture accumulation is a threshold to Chinese traditional PE on the road to the modernization, but it is not a burden that cannot be thrown away. New glory can be created to our traditional PE by the way of containing all the things concerned, realizing itself critically and assuring the aim by the virtue of the guidance of modem science. The author writes the article in order to promote the development of our Chinese traditional PE.
