摘　　要：文章围绕高校共青团工作面临的形势和挑战,提出了新形势下高校共青团工作的基本思路,并就共青团组织如何做好思想教育、成才服务、创新创业教育、社会实践和校园文化活动等工作进行思索和探讨。This paper illustrates the situation and challenge facing college Communist Youth League, put forward the basic ideas of the college Communist Youth League under the new situation and makes a discussion on the ideological education, services on students＇ success, innovation and venture education, social practice and campus culture activities.
