摘  要:作者采用实验力学方法,模拟吸吮,探讨自体间断真空度根管引流术的流体力学原理。结果发现:由于根管两端管径相差悬殊,根尖孔产生的高速气流冲击,吸引根尖液,可引流低于根尖孔的液体;另一方面,开髓孔低速气流不易将口腔内唾液、渗出物重新带入根尖腔。伯努力方程等流体力学理论可以解释上述现象。A hydrokinetically simulated sucking was made to study the self-intermittent vacuumdrainage of the root canal. Results showed that due to the sharp difference between diametersat the upper and lower parts of the canal,the high-speed air-flow at the lower-end opening candrain the fluid below the opening out while the lower-speed air-flow al the upper opening isnot likely to make the saliva and see page in the oral cavity reenter the root cavity. The abovementioned facts are in conformity with the Bernoulli's equation.
